While we still have a long road to what we once knew as normal, whatever that is, there’s some good news: real estate activity has returned !
The unique visitor view counts (on Realtor.ca) have surpassed 2019 levels after succumbing temporarily to Covid-19 effects earlier this spring. Our spring market saw a delay in activity for obvious reasons, but now that some of the restrictions have been lifted and we have what are considered safe alternatives and guidelines, many are getting back out there to get their move done, if only a little delayed.
CREA allowed us, as Realtor® members, to add a couple of key components to the mix when we were promoting properties for sale and working on real estate activity:
1/ the ability to add a link to live stream from an open house and
2/ add a virtual tour so that it was readily available for potential buyers to view the property from the safety of their home first before venturing out.
As both accredited Buyer’s AND Seller’s agents, with additional education, we see these as benefits and jump on it!
Real Estate Activity
Buyers
– we have a system to help you get what you want and ENJOY the excitement of purchasing.
Sellers
– we utilize both the live stream open house option and provide an interactive tour of your property.
This keeps us all safer through Covid-19 and maximizes yours and our time while we work towards your real estate goals.
“Sales are up 150% from April this year and up 15% from last June, so we’ve got numbers that are back at normal levels, even though the housing market, and regular life for that matter, isn’t quite there yet…”
